20” and 16” IsoTools Deployed to Same Facility

Client requested

One of our regular clients had a 20” receive valve and a 16” launch valve leaking in the same yard.

Understanding the best solution

Integral arrived with both diameter tools and completed both sets during the same mobilization, further saving the client money.

Planning and delivery

The 20” was launched 57 miles away and tracked until it was parked 400’ US of the trap.  The IsoTool was set in under 45 minutes, and drain-up was less than 20 bbls.  The valve was replaced and the tool was unset and pushed to trap.

The 16” was launched out 80’, and set.  The crew replaced the leaking valve, the tool was unset and tracked to trap.

Service completion report

Both of these projects occurred within 3 days.  This allowed for an effective utilization of resources and a swift solution to multiple integrity concerns.
